Der Grund: Der Begriff ist rein beschreibend und enth\u00e4lt lediglich Informationen zur Art und Beschaffenheit der Waren, was ihn f\u00fcr den Markenschutz ungeeignet macht. \u201eINSTANT SNOW\u201c vermittelt klar, dass es sich um k\u00fcnstlichen Schnee handelt, der sofort verwendet werden kann. Besonders zur Weihnachtszeit wird Kunstschnee h\u00e4ufig als Dekoration genutzt, insbesondere f\u00fcr den Christbaumschmuck, so das EUIPO. Da der Ausdruck lediglich eine beschreibende Funktion erf\u00fcllt und keine unterscheidungskr\u00e4ftige Markencharakteristik aufweist, wurde der Schutz als Marke
